Firstly, we would like to wish Andy Lyon our site manager the best of luck with his new venture and thank you for all his help and assistance for getting the project to this stage. The scaffolding has finally been dismantled to the atrium area in the centre of B thus leaving a bright and natural feel to the centre of the build. As you can see , it looks spectacular! The Kitchens to section A are currently being installed ready for the ceramic tiler. Moving back to the externals, the zinc roof has commenced at an incredible speed across the dementia unit.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to the surrounding area of the site with regards to the parking issues. We are currently liaising with the local Community Support Officers to solve the outstanding problem.
With regards to site production; Section A is rapidly developing, with the installation of the mechanical and electrical works allowing further trades to commence. The snow has caused some problems throughout section B, filling many corridors and flats, however this was quickly resolved with the help of our labourers and workforce.
Overall, works are going well and we hope the sunny weather continues!!
