Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to the surrounding area of the site with regards to the parking issues. We are currently liaising with the local Community Support Officers to solve the outstanding problem.
With regards to site production; Section A is rapidly developing, with the installation of the mechanical and electrical works allowing further trades to commence. The snow has caused some problems throughout section B, filling many corridors and flats, however this was quickly resolved with the help of our labourers and workforce.
Overall, works are going well and we hope the sunny weather continues!!

Progress has been limited this week due to the inclement weather. The timber frame has been progressing slowly whilst the dry lining contractor has been carrying out works in selected plots which have not been affected by the snow. Looking forward into next week, we hope the snow clears up and allows a big push in production for numerous trades.
Friday, 18 January 2013

As seen in the pictures, ceiling insulation and plasterboard has now started to the flats. The UPVC windows are mostly installed to Area B and the screed has just been poured to the section where the crane was originally positioned.
