Continuing on from last week, the floor insulation is now fully complete along with the screed. There has been a massive change to section A as the ground floor timber frame has been fixed into place. The transport road running around the back of the site for assess and egress has been laid and is complete.  Also, the external drainage is 90% complete and ready to tarmac.

At the beginning of the week, two major sections of the concrete screed was poured. Whilst the screed was taking shape, continuous facing brickwork was progressing round the perimeter of the building, followed closely by the scaffolding. Insulation is also nearly complete with 90% of the works already fitted. As the week comes to a close, the timber frame has commenced to section A with the soleplates being laid and the first couple of panels being fixed.

On Friday we had the crane delivered which will be used to erect the timber frame. Beam and Block works are progressing and are not too far off completion along with the gas membrane. The timber frame work commenced on Monday.

Floor screed has been laid and is ready for timber frame. Scaffold is progressing for the timber frame and beam and block floor to area C is on going.
